PVC Precontraint 502 Fabric

If You need a 100% waterproof and flame retardant canopy, the best choice for Your outdoors is PVC precontraint fabric.

The Précontraint® textiles, and in particular the Précontraint® 502 range, are exceptionally resistant to elongation thanks to a very low absorption level.

During the manufacturing processes the base cloth is stretched in both directions. This offers two benefits :

-Firstly the cloth will not elongate when loaded, which will increase the tension, reducing any flapping.

-Secondly the thickness of the PVC covering over the yarns are much higher than a conventional coated fabric.That's why any canopiy made out of 502 has no lasting limit.

The PVC Precontraint does not get sewed in our laboratories: To guarantee the complete waterproofing we thermo-seal it, so  there are no needle holes on PVC canopies!
